Returns & Refunds
While we hope you love our items (we are very proud of them!), we understand sometimes you need to return or aren’t completely satisfied with your purchase. If that’s the case, please email us at: returns@kentecanines.com with your order number and reason for the return and we can assist you. We will get back to you in 1-3 business days to arrange your return.
We accept returns of unused, new condition products post-marked within 10 days of when a product is delivered. Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returns and we do not refund original shipping charges. Your refund will be issued to the original method of payment once your return is received and reviewed by our team. At this time we do not accept exchanges but you can choose to receive store credit for your return to buy something else.
Preparing Your Return
Please send back your item in the original packaging. Items must be in new condition, meaning they are in unused/unwashed and hair-free condition and show no signs of wear. Details of how and where to return will be provided to you by our returns team.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to refuse return of items that are not in suitable condition due to damage or misuse by the client. Custom made products and customization of any product from original cannot be refunded once the order is placed.
